Garrett Polk: UT Tyler’s Thanksgiving break provides a welcome time to recharge and refocus before going into finals week. I’m Garrett Polk, the host of the UT Tyler Radio Patriot Minute. Your source for upcoming campus news and events. Before the break, we spoke to health sciences major, Sarah Russell, who said that a great way to recharge and refocus was to spend time with family, including

Sarah Russell: my dogs, and then waking up the thanksgiving morning and having a big old Thanksgiving breakfast.

The stuff that I’m actually gonna be stuffing myself with is gonna be the breakfast.

Garrett Polk: So now Sarah, her, UT Tyler, classmates, faculty, and staff, are back on campus and heading into finals week, which is Dec. 4 through the ninth. Final 15-week grades are due Dec. 12, and commencement services, as most students call them, the fall semester graduations are set for Dec. 8 and 9. I’m Garrett Polk, and that’s the UT Tyler Radio Patriot Minute.
